The tokenized bond is structured as a standard corporate bond. Thus when at the end of the term (if not terminated earlier) the full amount of EUR investment is paid back. During the term the token holder will receive the 7% APY interest payments.

Will the 7% annual interest be paid in euros or in LCX (utility token) ?

Here are some details from an internal paper we have prepared for some authorities to explain.
Real Estate Token: A security token based on a blockchain representing fractional ownership rights of a real estate asset, such as a house, apartment, villa, land or industrial warehouses. The objective of this token is to offer real estate investment to a wider audience, to enable liquidity and trading of an asset which is known to be illiquid and complex to transfer.
In this paper we also laid out details about Tiamonds – in a first draft in 2020 and early 2021.
Diamond Token: An asset backed token based on the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain which represents a tokenized diamond. The objective of this token is to offer a 1-1 digital representative of a diamond. The digital token will eventually be developed as a non-fungible token with the ERC-721 token standard in combination with the LCX token standards….

The LCXS1 token is a tokenized bond denominated in EUR. Thus investment is in EUR and all payments are in EUR.
Interest payment and repayment at end of terms / or when terminated.

How do you think the $DGMV token sale went?

The Android app got suspended due to some unknown reasons. We assume it was due to our trademark. But we showed them our US patents, EU patents and Liechtenstein patents…. and now the app is there again.
But due to this problem at the Android Appstore we have now started to enforce our rights. We will not tolerate that other companies will use our logo any longer. (there is especially one company who copied our logo …)

Coinbase is a key ecosystem partner. LCX Token is listed at Coinbase (main platform), Coinbase mobile, Coinbase Pro …. and LCX Token has been made available for Coinbase Custody as well – important for large whale investors.

Can I ever look forward to having an LCX bank card in my wallet?

Yes, that’s called “Reflection”. For everybody you will hold their TIA token in a non-custodial wallet will automatically earn more TIA. There is a 5% fee in every transaction which will be distributed to all other token holders.
So if you have “diamond hands” you will be rewarded with more TIA.
Imagine 1000 TIA are sent from one wallet to another. 100 TIA will be taken as a fee. 50 will be sent to all remaining token holders. 25 TIA will be burned. 25 will be used to buy LCX Token. I am wondering when somebody will create some models. What will happen if there are 100 transactions with 10k TIA a day…. etc…..

There are no “missing withdrawals” which we are aware of. Nevertheless I will personally clarify this with our gateway partner Monerium. They handle the EUR transactions.
