To complete your identity verification on LCX, follow these steps:
- Choose the Type of Identity Proof
You can upload either:
– Passport (front page only)
– National Identity Card (both front and back)
Note for Indonesian users: Only a Passport is accepted as valid identity proof.
- Document Language and Key Information
Make sure your document is in English. If it’s not, highlight these key details in the image:
– Name
– Address
– Issue Date
– Document Type
- Capture or Upload Your Document
Use your webcam to take a picture of your ID, or scan the QR code to upload the document directly from your mobile device.
- Submit Your Document
Select the correct ID Type for the document you’re uploading. Once everything is ready, click on Validate, then click Continue to finalize the process
