Introducing Multi-Token Swaps on LCX Liberty DEX

Until today, a swap on LCX Liberty DEX worked the usual way: one token in, one token out. If you wanted to spread ETH across three tokens, or tidy up a few small leftover balances, you had to set up and confirm a separate swap for each one.
Starting today, you can do it in one go. Multi-token swap is now live on LCX Liberty DEX. You can swap as many tokens as you want in a single swap flow, choose how the value is split between them, and do it on one chain or across chains. That works on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and OP Mainnet.
Your tokens stay in your own wallet the whole time, and you sign every trade.

Four ways to swap
Each mode works on a single chain or across chains.
- One to many: Pay with ETH and receive USDC, WBTC, and LINK. This is useful for spreading one token into several.
- Many to one: Pay with DAI, UNI, and SUSHI and receive USDC. This is useful for combining small leftover balances.
- Many to many: Pay with USDC and USDT and receive ETH and WBTC. This is useful for rebalancing a set of tokens in one go.
- Cross-chain: Pay with ETH on Ethereum and receive USDC and WETH on Base. This is useful for moving value to another chain while you swap.
Supported chains
Multi-token swap works on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and OP Mainnet. Same-chain swaps work on all four, and cross-chain swaps work between any two of them. The chain is shown on the “Pay on” and “Receive on” panels of the Swap card. If you choose a different chain on each side, it becomes a cross-chain swap.
How it works, step by step
Step 1: Open the Swap page and connect your wallet
Go to dex.lcx.com and connect a wallet such as MetaMask. The Swap card has two panels: “Pay on” is what you give, and “Receive on” is what you get. Each panel shows its chain and token.
Step 2: Turn on multi-select
Click the token button on either panel to open the token list. At the top right, next to the close (X) button, there’s a checklist icon labeled “Select multiple tokens.” Click it to switch from picking one token to picking several.
Step 3: Tick your tokens and add them
The title changes to “Select tokens” and a checkbox appears next to each token. Pick the tokens you want from the list, with search, or with the quick chips (ETH, WETH, USDC, USDT, DAI). The footer keeps count, for example “6 selected.” Click “Add 6 tokens” to place them in the Swap card.
Step 4: Set amounts and percentages
Each token now has its own row, and the two sides work differently.
- Pay side: Type how much of each token you want to pay, or tap MAX to use your full balance. The panel shows the total.
- Receive side: Decide how the total value is shared. By default it’s split evenly (AUTO), so four tokens get 25% each.
- Custom split: Type a percentage for any token, or drag the handles on the colored allocation bar. The panel confirms the total, for example “4 tokens · 100% allocated.”
- Remove a token: Click the X on any row.
Step 5: Review and sign
Below the Swap button, a summary line shows what will happen. Only tokens with an amount entered are counted. Click Swap and confirm in your wallet.
For a multi-token swap, your wallet asks for one approval per token, so swapping 5 tokens into 5 tokens means 5 approvals. A single-token to single-token swap goes through directly, as before.
Why it matters
- It saves time. One swap flow replaces several separate swaps.
- There’s no token limit. Add as many tokens as you need on either side.
- There’s no additional fee from LCX. You pay only the network (gas) fee.
- It’s fast. A multi-token swap completes as quickly as a normal swap, including cross-chain.
- You control the split. Use the even split, or set exact percentages yourself.
- It works across chains. Move value between Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and OP Mainnet while you swap.
- It stays non-custodial. Your tokens move from your wallet and back to it. LCX never holds them.
