With the new EURt7 tokenized bond, how will funds raised benefit the exchange? Also, does this directly benefit the usage of the $LCX token?

For your question: What will LCX do with the funds raised in the bond offering? 

The funds will be invested for liquidity growth at LCX Exchange and for general operational development at LCX. Liquidity at the exchange is an important topic. We might be balancing liquidity pools for $LCX and also investing in our team.

EURt7 Token is a tokenized bond structured as a fixed-income corporate bond. Token

holders will get a fixed coupon of 7% per annum.  A coupon

payment on a bond is the annual interest payment that the token holder (bondholder)

receives from the bond’s issue date until it matures.

What is exciting is that the EURt7 bond offering is not limited to institutions or accredited investors, and is open to anyone who is interested in participating – anyone who lives in the 30 European countries and is verified at LCX as a user. This is a significant step towards making financial markets more accessible to a wider range of investors. By providing opportunities for a broader range of individuals to invest, we aim to create a more inclusive and democratized financial system that better serves the needs of everyone.

Accredited investors are individuals or entities that meet certain wealth or income thresholds set by financial regulatory bodies. The thresholds to become an accredited investor vary depending on the jurisdiction. In the United States, the SEC defines an accredited investor as someone who meets certain income or net worth requirements. Specifically, an individual must have had an annual income of at least $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) for the past two years, and they must reasonably expect to earn the same amount in the current year. Alternatively, they must have a net worth of at least $1 million, either alone or with a spouse, excluding the value of their primary residence.

Accredited investor status often provides access to exclusive investment opportunities and higher risk/higher reward ventures that are not available to the general public. The requirement to be an accredited investor typically includes having a certain level of income or net worth, which can be a barrier for many retail investors. However, with the EURt7 bond offering at LCX, it is designed to be more accessible to retail investors, starting at a lower minimum investment amount of 1000 EUR. This provides a wider range of investors with the opportunity to participate and potentially benefit from the investment. 

By making this offering more inclusive, LCX is promoting a more inclusive financial system, which provides greater access to investment opportunities for a broader range of investors.

TIA is the utility token at Tiamonds Project. Tiamonds stands for Tokenized Diamonds. We have tokenized real-world diamonds as NFT and we plan to re-launch the project this year and expand, expand, expand. 

LCX has been registered as a “Physical Validator” and aims to provide services for the tokenization of assets. This regulatory role also enables us to grow Tiamonds to the next level.

I know LCX has big plans when it comes to tokenization. It has been forecasted that tokenization will reach $16 trillion by 2030. How much of this $16 trillion do you think LCX is capable of capturing?

At LCX, we are committed to being at the forefront of the tokenization industry and are working hard to capture as much of this growth as possible. However, predicting the exact amount of the $16 trillion market that LCX will be able to capture is difficult, as the tokenization industry is rapidly evolving and competition is growing.

We believe that by providing a secure, regulated, and user-friendly platform for buying, selling, and trading tokenized assets, we will be able to capture a significant portion of the market. When staking is offered on LCX, how will it look? How will it differ from Kraken or Coinbase?

LCX Earn is our answer to staking. We decided to offer this as a financial product – the legal way. 

LCX Earn is designed to be a flexible platform that can accommodate a wide range of assets and investment products. The launch of fixed-yield products in Europe is just the start, and we plan to expand to other assets and markets in the future. Our goal is to provide our users with a broad range of investment options, so they can choose the products that best meet their individual investment goals and risk preferences. 

We are thinking of $BTC, $ETH and $LCX. But more news will follow.  

Additionally, our platform is designed to be user-friendly and accessible, so that retail investors can participate in this exciting new asset class. We are committed to expanding our offerings and helping to drive the growth of the tokenized asset market.
