In the Youtube AMA about the Roadmap 2022 you said that you applied for a securities bank license in Germany. Is there an update on this? What is this license for?

This is partly correct. We have filed for additional licenses in Liechtenstein, which will have an impact across the European Economic Area (EEA) which includes Germany.
In our Roadmap 2022 we wrote “Our growth strategy is based on the following key pillars…. Digital Securities; Additional licenses for security tokens issuance, purchase, sale and trading”

LCX has listed $QNT on LCX’s regulated cryptocurrency exchange LCX Exchange – this was the first step.

But recently, LCX has started to set up the details to become a Network Gateway at the Overledger Network. But also Quant will integrate LCX within the Overledger Network as a key partner.

And in addition we do share R&D results, collaborate and explore technical and high level issues among LCX management and the Quant management team. Especially evaluating CBDC Exchange Settlement.

“when will you fix liquidity and automatic on/off ramp?” > Liquidity is a key topic. We are growing organically and with strong partners. Just this week we signed a new agreement with an external liquidity provider and market making company. In addition, exclusive listings such as DGMV and NMKR are driving a lot of traffic and attracting new users. NFT Maker with NMKR has become one of the most important projects on Cardano.

At Tiamonds platform buyers of the first 100 Tiamonds NFTs had to stake Millions of $LCX tokens to get access to fixed price sales. This was hugely popular. Also you could only bid and buy Tiamonds NFTs with LCX token as payment method.

The current development in the US is a setback for the whole blockchain and crypto industry. The regulatory uncertainty is pushing many smart entrepreneurs out of the country. On the other side we do see an increase of incorporations in Crypto Valley Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Especially Liechtenstein is leading the way, as the country is providing legal clarity for fintech companies, like LCX.

The “SEC situation” is not impacting LCX business or platform. The lawsuit did not involve LCX. It was against former Coinbase executives. And now – we learned from the press – there are additional lawsuits against Coinbase.
There are also no new updates from our side. We are also in a wait and see position – and trying to find out more and to provide help.

Yes, yes and yes. The LCX Token ecosystem is growing. We are super proud to be listed at Kraken Exchange – which was announced last month.
For new listings, we cannot comment on status – but you will find out soon.
We also discuss with exchanges to get $TIA listed and get exposure to thousands of new users. Double listings also sound good, don’t you think?
