The term of the ETHt7 tokenized bond is 7 years. The maturity of the Tokenised Subordinated Notes will commence on February 1st 2030.
Investors in the Tokenised Subordinated Notes have the option to terminate their agreement by giving ordinary notice.
Notice must be given two months in advance, with the latest notice date falling on 31 January, 30 April, 31 July, or 31 October. The notice period must end by the end of each quarter, which are 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, and 31 December. This provides investors with the flexibility to terminate their investment in accordance with the specified termination dates.
Termination or cancellation can be done in full or partially. Partial termination must be made in denominations of EUR 142 (0.10 Ether (ETH)). Full termination of the investment will result in the investor receiving the principal amount of the notes.
