Coinbase Supports LCX Token Upgrade

Coinbase has confirmed support for the LCX token upgrade, enabling a smooth migration from the legacy LCX token to the upgraded version.
As part of this process, Coinbase will handle the migration automatically for users holding LCX on the exchange. This means users do not need to take any action if their LCX tokens are stored on Coinbase.
What Coinbase Users Should Know
Coinbase will manage the token migration internally to ensure a seamless transition to the upgraded LCX token.
- LCX balances on Coinbase will be automatically migrated to the new token.
- No manual swap is required for users holding LCX on Coinbase.
- The conversion will take place at a rate of 1:1 LCX, with no transaction fees associated with the conversion.
Users who hold LCX on Coinbase simply need to keep their tokens on the exchange during the migration window.

Timeline
- July 27 – 29, 2026: Sends and receives of LCX will be temporarily disabled. Please refrain from depositing or transferring LCX during this period.
- Migration will be performed during this window. Upon completion, LCX services will be fully restored.
