This trading competition offers a total prize pool of $12,000 in $DEFI for eligible traders on LCX. Participants must trade $1,000 or more on the DEFI/EUR pair to qualify for leaderboard rewards or participation prizes.

- Competition Start: March 7, 2025 (12 PM CET)
- Competition End: March 17, 2025 (12 PM CET)

Who Can Participate?
To enter the $12,000 $DEFI Trading Showdown, traders must:
- Be a Level 2 verified LCX user or complete KYC verification.
- Trade at least $1,000 on the DEFI/EUR pair during the competition period.
- Ensure that both buy and sell orders count toward the trading volume.
- Note that market makers and high-frequency traders (HFTs) are not eligible.
How Are the Rewards Distributed?
The total prize pool is 162,000 $DEFI (~$12,000 equivalent). The top traders on the leaderboard will receive rewards based on their ranking.

How to Get Started?
Joining the competition is simple:
- Sign up or log in to your LCX account.
- Complete KYC verification if you haven’t already.
- Trade at least $1,000 on the DEFI/EUR pair between 7th – 17th March 2025.
- Monitor your ranking on the leaderboard.
Important Rules & Conditions
- The user must be a LEVEL 2 verified user or sign up on LCX.com and complete KYC.
- Users must trade at least $1000 on the DEFI/EUR pair on LCX between 2025-03-07 12 PM CET and 2025-03-17 12 PM CET to enter the leaderboard and/or get the participation rewards.
- Rewards will be distributed in $DEFI
- Trading volume includes both buy and sell orders.
- Prizes will be distributed by 2025-03-19 12 PM CET
- This contest is not applicable to traders who have preferential trading fee discounts, e.g., MMs, HFTs, etc., who are excluded from the contest.
- LCX reserves the right to reverse funds in cases where suspicious activity is detected or suspected, without prior notice.
- Rewards are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
- Rewards are limited to one per user and can only be redeemed once.
- LCX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or cancel the giveaway rules and announcement at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
