LCX Facilitates Launch of Movie Security Token Offering

The producers of the new Roe V. Wade movie, have chosen LCX as their exclusive blockchain service provider to support the issuance of the tokenized bond, the RVW Token. After months of “stealth mode”, it’s exciting to share this news with you today. RVW Limited is issuing the security token “RVW Token” as a tokenized bond while utilizing the LCX technology platform. The offering will start in November 2020.

Since June this year we had been working with Nick Loeb and the whole team behind the movie to create the tokenized bond, represented by the RVW Token.
We are leveraging our tokenization platform in accordance with the Token and Trusted Technology Service Provider Act (TVTG aka. Liechtenstein Blockchain laws). Our technology platform for security token offerings enforce compliance obligations, enable automation and increase operational efficiency. The LCX STO Launchpad will act as an AML-obliged party and facilitate investor on-boarding and vetting and will fulfill due diligence (KYC and AML) requirements. Furthermore our team is in charge of generating the smart contract for the RVW Token, managing wallet whitelisting and maintaining the real-time Token Holder Registry.
The commercial background for issuing of RVW Tokens is to finance the costs associated with the film “Roe V. Wade”. The filming and post production is already completed, but additional financing will enable the film company to execute their distribution and marketing plans.
The TT Service Provider, LCX, receives a performance fee and will charge an agio of 3%, payable in LCX utility token or ETH, at every token purchase transaction.
