When we first announced LCX Earn earlier this month, we began with the Euro-denominated tokenized bond EURt7. Today, we are excited to reveal that LCX Earn will also offer fixed yields for a total of four assets: Euro (EUR), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), and LCX Token (LCX). This expansion is the result of our relentless pursuit of regulatory approval and innovative thinking.

Our vision for LCX Earn was to provide European investors with a secure, high-yield, and transparent platform for investing in tokenized bonds. In 2021 we spent months strategizing and preparing, eventually filing the initial prospectus in February 2022. The regulatory approval process was costly and lengthy, but it was a critical step in demonstrating our commitment to compliance and establishing trust with our potential investors.

In February 2023, we finally received approval for our basic prospectus. This marked a significant milestone for LCX Earn and allowed us to launch the EURt7 Bond in March 2023. Encouraged by the positive feedback from investors, we continued to push the boundaries, securing necessary approvals for three additional prospectuses for BTCt7, ETHt7, and LCXt7 tokenized bonds.
