LCX Receives 8 Blockchain Registration from Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein
We are delighted to announce that we have secured the approvals of 8 registrations by the FMA in accordance of the Token and Trusted Technology Service Provider Act (TVTG). With 8 registrations we received more approvals than any other company in Liechtenstein. This makes us one of the first cryptocurrency platforms to achieve these regulatory milestones in Liechtenstein allowing us to offer the broadest scope of blockchain services.
We are extremely proud to announce that we have become one of the first cryptocurrency companies to receive approvals for 8 registrations from the Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein. To date, LCX has been operating under the transitory provisions of the Blockchain Act and has worked closely with the regulator to achieve these important milestones.
We have received the approval of the following registrations:
- TT Exchange Service Provider
- TT Token Depositary
- TT Key Depositary
- TT Price Service Provider
- TT Identity Service Providers
- Token Generator
- Token Issuer on its own
- Token Issuer on behalf of the clients
With this approval, LCX takes a big leap towards bringing regulated and compliant manner crypto services to the world. We are aiming to offer a full range of services in accordance with the scope and the definitions of the Lichtenstein Blockchain Laws in the future.
