Liechtenstein Blockchain Innovator LCX Announces It Will Work With Wesley Snipes To Tokenize $25 Million USD Movie Project

HOLLYWOOD / VADUZ (09/09/2019) — LCX announced today that it has entered a partnership with Dr. Wesley Snipes with the aim to tokenize $25 Million USD worth of movie productions. After regulatory approvals it is planned to invest in upcoming motion picture and television shows produced by the famous actor and his production studio Maandi House. This will be the first time enabling movie enthusiasts to invest alongside Hollywood icons and producers. The goal is to launch a fully regulated tokenized security via LCX’s platform and Liechtenstein based blockchain infrastructure. The security token offering will lower the barrier of entry significantly allowing a broader audience of institutional and retail investors to tap into this opportunity. 

This Security Token Offering is dependent on regulatory approvals: LCX is working with several legal experts on a security prospectus which will be published after receiving approvals from the regulator.

Daywalker Movie Assets (DMA)

The $25 Million USD Daywalker Movie Assets (DMA) shall be a tokenized bond and represented by the DMA Security Token. The DMA Token will be issued by a newly found company called “Daywalker AG”, which will be based in Liechtenstein. The movie production company shall produce movies, tv shows and other motion picture productions in collaboration with other Hollywood producers. 

LCX’s blockchain technology platform shall handle the registration and identification of investors and shall serve as the central hub for the security token offering. 

The DMA Token enables investors to benefit from the profits of the productions and the IP, and receive additional benefits, including the opportunity to be invited to the movie premiere events. Profits are reinvested in the value of the DMA token, to ensure sustainable long-term value creation.
