- Multiple failed login attempts
If incorrect credentials are entered more than 5 times, your account will be automatically locked for 24 hours as a security measure.
- Security or compliance checks
Your account may be restricted or disabled if unusual activity, verification issues, or regulatory requirements are detected.

- Wait 24 hours (for login lock cases)
- Reset your password
- Contact LCX support if the issue persists
